We will make every effort to execute your order as per your selection. However if a flower or foliage shown in the picture is not available because of seasonal changes or unavailability we will replace it with flowers of similar style and equal or greater value. The bouquet you ordered will be the same shape and size.
We will always attempt to use vases represented in the photos on our site, however in the event that we are unable to use these vases, we will substitute it with a vase of a similar size.
Same day delivery guaranteed, when the order is placed by 2:00 pm weekdays and by 12:00 pm Saturdays. There is no delivery service on Sundays. However, if you need a special delivery on a Sunday, place your order by 12:00pm the previous Saturday. To all business addresses, we will deliver your gift before 5.00pm. Any orders received after these times will be delivered the next working day.
If we are provided a incorrect address, we are able to re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe location. If we are unable to leave the order, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.
We will make every attempt to accomodate your delivery request but scheduled deliveries cannot always be guaranteed. On Valentine´s Day orders must be placed by 13th February (or closest working day) for guaranteed delivery. No timed deliveries are accepted for Valentine´s Day. All orders to business addresses will be delivered by 5.00 pm. All orders to home addresses will be delivered by 7pm.

Send Flowers is closed in public holidays. Your order will be delivered the following business day.
DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS
When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number of the recipient.
We will send your gift in accordance with facility procedures. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
When placing your order you can chose different payment options. You can use a Paypal account or you can also pay by using Visa or MasterCard credit card and American Express card.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
